Windows Sys Admin in Kennesaw (Telecom)

I have a really great company in the Broadband/Telecom space looking to bring on a full time Senior Sys Admin with strong Windows and Exchange experience.
Some of the strengths they are looking for: (not all are necessary)
Strong Windows Active Directory and Exchange 2007
Willing to do front and back office support
Cisco Call manager experience a plus
Will also support internal applications and be the one main person for all their Windows admin
Must also have basic SQL Admin skills including replication/clustering
Preferred if they come from Cable/Telecom provider but not essential
Required Skills:
Other Apps nice to have
RightNow, eProject/Daptiv, MAS500, Checkmate Realtime Online, Crystal Reports, Adenin Enterprise Portal or Speechcycle
Desired Skills:
