Senior attorney, with at least seven years experience (including at least three years a experience at a major law firm), focusing on business and transactional practice. This position will be responsible for providing general business-oriented legal support focusing on Apple's Retail Store organization, as well as other business groups in the company supported by the Retail and G&A Law Group, as follows:

Advice on general legal and business issues affecting the Retail Store organization, including but not limited to operations, programs, policies and procedures, compliance with legal requirements, commercial advise and consumer issues.

Monitor legal trends and anticipate legal issues and problems which may affect the company, with an emphasis on the Retail Store organization, and work with the business to address those issues and problems.

Review, revise and negotiate agreements with third parties for services for the company, in conjunction with Indirect Procurement and other business organizations as needed.

Work with other attorneys in the Legal Department as needed, including attorneys based outside the United States, to coordinate delivery of legal services to the applicable business groups within the company.

Manage outside counsel as required.
