Field Operations Associate Manager

Responsible for supporting the training logistics and operations involved in new store openings. This position, provides administrative, logistical and project support to the Apple Retail Training team and our partners as we support our growing, thriving, fast-paced retail stores.

Key responsibilities & tasks
Plan and organize new store training
Partner with Training Managers to develop training plans
Partner with Creative and Mac Genius teams to schedule on-boarding
Partner with NSO Team, Regional Directors, Admins, Store Managers and Recruiting to communicate plans
Partner with International Retail Training Team as needed
Manage Guest Trainer Program
Track & deploy Guest Trainers to Core Training
Schedule and hold conference calls for Core Training
Ensure updated materials and supplies are delivered to Guest Trainers
Provide access to Retail Training accounts and servers
Manage Content Feedback & Evaluations:
Gather all program feedback.
Manage surveys and evaluations.
Filter feedback to appropriate resource.
Administration
Own calendars, conference calls and key Retail Training operations communication
Partner with Apple Travel for site sourcing
Send out training letter to participants

Required skills & knowledge
Knowledge
Proven track record in training
Must have manager level experience in retail sales or customer relations as a minimum and demonstrate a high level of managerial credibility
User experience with Apple Products a plus
