Associate Director Catering & Conference Services
Destination Hotels & Resorts
in Scottsdale
Who We Are:
Destination Hotels & Resorts began in 1972 with the development and management of condominium resorts. Since then, we have grown to become the country's second largest independent hospitality management company with more than 7,500 employees, over 7,000 guest rooms, and more than $1.5 billion in assets under management. We are a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises, a privately-held, national real estate organization active in commercial and hospitality property investment, management, and development. Since its inception, Lowe has been responsible for more than $6 billion in prominent real estate assets nationwide.
The hospitality industry is unique in that it requires commitment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with one goal in mind: giving the guests WHATEVER they desire to achieve the best possible service in the most caring and courteous manner so they will want to come back for more!
At Royal Palms Resort and Spa we realize that the quality of service is directly related to the quality of our employees. The most important quality you can possess is this Whatever It Takes! attitude, reflected in our Great Expectations...Legendary Service standards. It is also the foundation for our philosophy towards EMPOWERMENT.
We take service to the next level at Royal Palms and throughout the Destination Hotels & Resorts portfolio with what we fondly call "CUSTOMER INTIMACY." This program is an extension of our property's own mission statement and service standards, and is a key element in providing our discerning guests with that personalized touch which is the cornerstone to relationship building and having guests want to return to what they feel is a "home away from home".
A final thought regarding Royal Palms guest service; consider yourself a CARETAKER of the estate. Ensuring that our guests and visitors feel at home, personalizing their experience in any way imaginable, anticipating their every need, taking care of the property and equipment, and working together, as a TEAM and as a family, creates a guest and work experience like no other. Taking care of the guests and each other is what Royal Palms is truly all about.
