Quality and Regulatory

Your Responsibilities:
1. Drives cross-functional teams in evaluations of cardiac care products to help determine the root cause of, and corrective action for, alleged product problems related to reported customer complaints.
2. Concisely and thoroughly documents complaint investigation findings to facilitate the correct complaint response, and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
3. Provides monitoring and analysis of data related to investigations for complaint trending and creates and generates compliance reports as warranted.
4. Derives and facilitates intra-team improvement initiatives.
5. Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate a high propensity for multi-tasking and the ability to successfully participate in a wide variety of complaint-oriented responsibilities.

Your Profile:
BS degree or equivalent in technical and/or clinical discipline. 3+ years in medical device environment with specific experience in Quality Assurance preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
