Artemis Fine Arts is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Supervisor.

Artemis Fine Arts, Inc operates a successful shuttle business with service to and from NYC nearly every week.
Our shuttle routes pass through every major market (NYC, DC, Miami, Chicago, LA, Bay Area, and Seattle) bi-weekly.
We offer unparalleled crating services utilized by every major institution in the country.
Regionally, we provide installation and storage services to clients from every aspect of the art world.

The ideal candidate can adapt to a fast-paced energetic environment and an ever-evolving marketplace.
This position works closely with upper management, and the very top tier of our client list.
Although we offer a casual workplace, it is essential that the Supervisor be attuned to the special requirements and handling our clients expect.

Responsibilities
-Supervise 2-3 assistants
-Manage files and work flow
-Main contact for local and national clientele
-Act as liaison between clients and crew
-Communicate with upper management
-Track estimates, job costs and departmental performance

Qualifications:
-2+ years of relevant industry experience
-Able to provide references
-Flexibility to work weekends
-Familiar with MS Office programs, and Quickbooks
-Art handling experience a plus
-Self-motivated and hard working
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Impeccable organizational skills
