National Sales Manager

SecureState is actively seeking a National Sales Manager to build business development on a national level.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in a national territory.
•To make SecureState the premier security consulting provider in territory.
•Develop, create, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
•Manage sales through calls and demonstrations for positioning and strategies.
•Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
•Work in conjunction with consultants to develop strategies, solutions, etc.
•Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in sales cycle.
•Consistent performance against quotas, goals and targets.
Qualifications
Required:
•BS or BA; Degree in Marketing/Business/Accounting/Computer Science
•Consultative technical sales experience.
•Experience in developing new territories.
•Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Security products and technologies, competitors, industry trends.
•Proven ability to manage sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
•Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strong verbal and written communication.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
•Strong judgment and analytical ability.
•Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, vendors, and consultants.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired:
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
•Sales process training certifications.
