Morgan Lewis seeks a highly motivated, junior- to mid-level lateral associate for our Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Practice in our Chicago office. Candidates must have particular experience in dealing with health and welfare plan issues such as COBRA, HIPAA, and cafeteria plans. Experience negotiating and drafting administration contracts preferred. Must also enjoy helping build this growing area of our national practice.

Candidates must possess excellent writing and research abilities with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Illinois bar membership is required.
