Length: Long-term assignment in 6 month increments



In this large, multi-national company, all employees and contractors are considered as individuals, with respect paid to recognize their merit. Newly created statistical contractor position requires an experienced pharma statistician to provide varied support to ongoing projects, including but not limited to; producing graphs using SAS, S-Plus or other graphics program in support of upcoming advisory committee meetings; CSR support for large Phase II trial; and other spillover work as directed.



Requirements: Master as or Ph.D in Statistics with at least 2-4 yrs of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trials required; along with strong experience with S-Plus or related statistical graphics programs. Experience with very large trials, Phase II and Cardiovascular drug development would be highly desired. Ability to work on multiple projects at once, and the ability to efficiently interact with various teams also required. Incumbent must have the ability to be self-directed, work independently along with possessing excellent oral & written communication skills.
