RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service by utilizing the Target Excellence Program principles. Handles general Business Class customer's transactions. Prepares, processes and balances incoming and outgoing shipments of currency. Assists in balancing other Tellers. Performs all paying and receiving Teller functions as well as more complex Teller transactions, balancing functions and other banking center duties as needed. Approves transactions within designated authority limits by exercising appropriate judgement to limit risk to bank and customers. Assists in ensuring operating controls are followed within Banking Center as stated in Banking Office and Security Manuals. Serves as the back-up for the Customer Service Manager as required. Participates in banking center sales campaigns as required. May function as a CSR sponsor if qualified in terms of experience and training abilities as determined by the DSOM.

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of actual Teller experience. Must display a friendly and helpful attitude and have the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be able to exhibit attention to detail. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply procedures. Must have a focus for sales. Keyboarding skills. BASE SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and alternating Saturday mornings.
